FAQ

Coworking Usage FAQ

  1. What is a coworking space?
Coworking is a collaborative style of working in which people do independent work while sharing office space, meeting space and the like. Unlike a typical office environment, those who cowork are often not employed by the same organization. It typically attracts professionals who work from home, entrepreneurs, freelancers, people whose jobs involve frequent travel, and others who would otherwise work in relative isolation. Coworking is a way of working that allows participants, while working independently, to socialize and network within a group of people who share their values; beyond the benefits of cost savings and convenience, it also offers the stimulation of talented people in other fields and the potential for synergy in one's work. Coworking spaces developed alongside the movement of nomadic IT entrepreneurs, not tied to a fixed workplace, seeking alternatives to the isolated work environments of cafes and small or home offices. Coworking spaces are now open in cities around the world.
