Pricing

• Yokalab Tenjin membership registration is required to use the drop-in service.
• The drop-in service is available to those aged 16 and over (high school students and up).
• Please be sure to bring an ID document for membership registration. Registration is not possible without an ID. For details on acceptable IDs, please check "How to Use".
• If your usage exceeds 3 hours, the one-day rate (2,100 yen (tax incl.)) is automatically applied.
• For those who have paid the 2,100 yen full-day fee, we also offer a baggage storage service.

• Monthly membership requires Yokalab Tenjin member registration. (Ages 13 (junior high school) and up)
• Please be sure to bring a form of identification when registering as a member. Without ID, registration is not possible. For details on identification, please see "How to Use".
• If the contract holder is a minor, the consent form must be signed and sealed by a parent or guardian.
• Those who require a guardian's consent or otherwise wish to prepare the consent form in advance can download it below.
  * We have consent forms available at the store. You may fill them in and sign upon your visit, so there is no need to prepare them in advance. Also, junior high school students must be accompanied by a parent or guardian to sign a contract.

• The "Weekday Full Time" and "Business Time" plans can be used even when Monday to Friday falls on a public holiday.
• Monthly members who use a rental locker (rented on a monthly basis) can have mail received on their behalf at our store.
• "Address Use" is available only to monthly members on the "Full Time," "Weekday Full Time" or "Business Time" plans who have a monthly rental locker contract.

Fees required at contract

• For example, if you start the Business Time plan from January 15, you will need an enrollment fee of 3,300 yen, a deposit of 9,900 yen and an initial monthly fee of 11,922 yen, for a total of 25,122 yen (tax incl.).
• The minimum contract period runs until the end of the month following the month you start using the service.
• In addition to cash, you can pay by bank transfer (except for the first payment), credit card (VISA, MasterCard, American Express), PayPay and PayPal.
• For a new contract, we will hold a deposit (one month's monthly fee + access card deposit).
• For monthly re-registration, the enrollment fee is waived.
• The deposit will be fully refunded upon cancellation if there are no issues (such as unpaid fees).
• Refunds of the deposit are made by cash bank transfer only.

Options

• The only payment method for address / company registration is Paypal.
• The Address Registration / Company Registration option is available only to monthly members on the "Full Time," "Weekday Full Time" or "Business Time" plans.
• You can register the address with public institutions for purposes such as company registration, a business start-up notification and a D-U-N-S Number.

• A security deposit (one month's monthly fee) is required upon a new contract.
• The deposit will be fully refunded upon cancellation if there are no issues (such as unpaid fees).

Options

• To use it, a reservation by the representative is required.
• If the representative is a drop-in member, a separate drop-in fee applies for each user.
• Use of the meeting room is limited to 2 hours per day.
• The "Group plan" is available at a flat rate regardless of the number of users. (Up to 8 people: 6 seats + 2 auxiliary seats)
• With the "Group plan," facilities outside the meeting room and services such as free drinks are not available, except for the smoking room and restrooms.
• Cancellation after a reservation may incur a cancellation fee.

• The base rate includes 3 hours of usage.
• If you use the area for more than 3 hours, the extension fee above will be added.
• If you would like to use it, please contact us in advance.

• Membership registration (free) is required to use it.
• Rental lockers are available only to monthly members.
• "Address Use" means that members can list the Yokalab Tenjin address on their own website or business cards.

• Please notify the reception when you wish to use it.
• You operate the multifunction printer entirely by yourself.
• You may not bring in your own paper. Please note that we cannot compensate for copy/print (printing) errors.

• The only payment method for address / company registration is Paypal.
• Address / company registration is available only to monthly "Full Time", "Weekday Full Time" and "Business Time" course members and to shared-office members.
• Address / company registration is free for shared-office members.

• Advance reservation is always required for use. Please reserve the book scanning kit here.
• Please be sure to bring a USB memory stick or similar to take your data home.
• Our staff cannot perform the work on your behalf.
• Please be sure to take scanned books and other items home with you. We cannot dispose of them at the store.
