If you would like to use the Meeting Room or the Book Scanning Kit, please check availability first.

About Your Reservation

Please review the details below and proceed to fill out the reservation form.

  • For detailed facility information and rates, please see the "Facilities", "Meeting Room" and "Pricing" pages.
  • Using the facility requires Yokalab Tenjin membership registration (age 13 or older (junior high school students and up)).
    If you have not registered as a member, you can register when you visit, or pre-register here for a smoother process on arrival.
  • We do not accept changes or cancellations of reservation dates and times by phone.
    Please always contact us by replying to the reservation email we sent you.

*The number of people is a guideline; it varies greatly depending on the table and seat layout.
*The "Meeting Room (group plan)" lets you use the Meeting Room at a fixed rate regardless of the number of people. Normally, a drop-in fee per person is required in addition to the Meeting Room fee.
(For 4 or more people the group plan is cheaper, but please note that facilities other than the Meeting Room and services such as free drinks cannot be used, except for the smoking room and restrooms.)
*Reservations can be made up to 120 days in advance.
*The number of people can be changed later.
*If not yet decided, please enter the expected number.
*We may confirm the number of people before your use.
*The estimated price is the regular rate. If any discount applies, we will indicate it in our confirmation reply email.
